THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The general assembly is the supreme organ of the (JWIM) Living Spring Assembly, and it comprises the founding Pastor, founding members, adherents, sympathizers all once accepted the decision of the general assembly is established forever under God.
The general Assembly hold it’s meeting at least twice a year in ordinary session through the convocation of the chairman of the board of directors.

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, PASTORS AND DEACON AND DEACONESSES AND FOUNDING MEMBERS.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
The board of directors comprises of members of the fellowship of the church of Jesus Christ in (JWIM) Living Spring Assembly who have been appointed to execute Godly duties in this capacity; they serve as both the nation and international executive board.

So we have:

	- The Chairman
	- The Secretary
	- The Treasurer
	- The Assistant Treasurer
	- The General Spiritual Counselor
	- The Financial Secretary
	- The Associate Secretary

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE/ADVISORY BOARD.
The board comprises of the chairman who stands as a mentor to the fellowship – elected members of the fellowship and partners who have shown great respect and loyalty to the commission in supporting the vision; they are to meet to discuss issues that might have been raised by the board of directors or as their job permits; however they are to convened at the instance of the chairman board of the directors.

THE EXECUTIVE BOARD.

THE CHAIRMAN
The chairman of the board is the founder and vision coordinator of the fellowship, Pastor/Mrs Anthony Chukwu Okorie.
His work above all things is to receive from God the direction and assignments and relate the same to the body in fellowship and to organize and plan with the various boards on how to move the vision forward. He will execute this office with the co-founder who is His wife.

SECRETARY GENERAL
The secretary general of the commission is based on appointment of the general overseer and is subject to withdrawal in non performance and inefficiency, as the secretary of the (JWIM) Living Spring Assembly.

TREASURER/CHURCH ACCOUNTANT
The treasurer is to see to the well-being of all finances and financial transactions and to report back to the general overseer on regular basis. He/she is a signatory to the church account, the treasurer of the church is ………………..

GENERAL COUNCIL.
The general council comprises the Pastor, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelist and Apostles, who acts as elders of the church and respected Deacons/Deaconesses who have shown proficiency through service to the body of Christ in serving with (JWIM) Living Spring Assembly.

They receive audience from people or personalities on behalf of the assembly and mediates between the church and the governments or other organizations for the smooth running of the church of Jesus Christ on earth they are also to advice the various boards on matters relating to their offices and gifts and donations. They too may have representations in the general consultative assembly meetings as their office may demand.
The general council of the assembly on constitution will be required to meet regularly to fashion and harmonize the gift in the body and strengthen the vision in other to perfect the saint, for the work of the ministry and thus edifying the body of Christ.
The general council meetings should be viewed with seriousness and all ministers serving in various offices by appointment should be endeavour to attend, for no reason outside proper permission should any minister absent him/herself from the council’s meetings. The general overseer or the vision coordinator is to head the council’s meetings with other appointees, as the assembly will vote into seat.
