To reach an average of two thousand five hundred youth in twenty selected second cycle schools and five tertiary institutions as well as some youth in some selected religious institutions and community youth groups on a pilot base for the first two years, who will intend reach out to their communities and for that matter the whole nation in ten years and by extension Africa after ten years.
